When you access this website, the hosting system may automatically process technical connection data required to deliver and protect the website. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, organization, message and related correspondence, to answer your inquiry and manage any follow-up communication.

For inquiries relating to a possible or existing engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or contract performance). For other business communication, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is efficient and documented communication. Where retention is legally required, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to deal with the inquiry and any resulting business relationship. It may be retained longer where statutory retention periods or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require this.

4. Cookies, local storage and analytics

The current website does not set cookies, does not use browser local storage, and does not include analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools or social-media plugins. It therefore does not currently require a consent banner for non-essential cookies.

All fonts and visual assets used by the website are served locally. If the production website is later extended with analytics, embedded media, external fonts, a contact form or other third-party services, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before those services are enabled.

This website may contain ordinary links to third-party websites, including the Austrian Legal Information System and the Austrian Data Protection Authority. No data is sent to those sites merely because the link is displayed. When you follow a link, the third party processes data under its own policy.

6. Recipients, processors and international transfers

Personal data may be made available to processors that provide hosting, email, telecommunications or IT-support services, and to professional advisers or authorities where legally required. These recipients receive only the data necessary for their task and are bound by applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

The website code itself does not embed services designed to transfer visitor data outside the European Economic Area. The production hosting and email providers must nevertheless be checked.
